7/2-7/4/2018 Workouts of the Day

Yes I got a little busy and didn’t post for a few days, but I wanted to catch-up with my workout post for Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.  Had 3 great workout days, my original plan was to do a little running in the morning as well on Monday and Tuesday; however I listened to my body and decided against it.  I did however pick that up on Thursday but will save that for another post.  Here are the workouts:

Monday 7/2/2018

Warm-up – 5 minutes of Double Under (DU) practice followed by Active bar work.

Strength: 4 x 3 Thrusters working to about 70-80% of Max — Results – 75,95,115,135

WOD: Elvis – Courtesy of Crossfit Georgetown

400 Meter Run

50 Thrusters – 75lbs

400 Meter Run

Results: 10:13

Tuesday – Team Tuesday – Great Workout at Crossfit Georgetown

30 minutes AMRAP- split with partner

12 Power Cleans -135

200 Meter Run (Each person runs the 200)

12 Lateral Burpees over Bar

200 Meter Run (Each person runs the 200

12 Toes to Bar

Results: 5 Rounds +12 reps

Wednesday — Great Community Workout at Crossfit Georgetown – Much harder than it looks:

10 Burpees

10 Burpees + 25 Pushups

10 Burpees + 25 Pushups + 50 Lunges

10 Burpees + 25 Pushups + 50 Lunges + 100 Situps

10 Burpees + 25 Pushups + 50 Lunges + 100 Situps + 150 Air Squats

Results: 27:16
