Today I did 2 different workouts first in the morning for a 2 mile run. Going to try and get up more often for some additional runs.
This afternoon I made it to Crossfit Georgetown for a partner WOD, wow great workout and special thanks to Jason for pushing me hard. Here is the workout all the credit goes to Crossfit Georgetown:
12 min AMRAP – 10 Hang power Cleans, 8 Toes to Bar, 6 Front Squats (95lbs)
4 min Rest
12 min AMRAP – 10 Overhead Weighted Lunges (45lbs), 8 Burpees, 6 Power Cleans (95lbs)
