It has been a while since I last wrote on my blog. I have all sorts of excuses just like everyone else, work, travel, and just generally busy. It is time for a reboot! Normally 21 days is a good time frame for a reboot, but in this case I am going to go for a 30 day challenge. In this time I will be posting some progress, recipes, but something new I am going to post my workouts as well. Since everyone knows that I love to workout I thought I would share. My disclaimer is that not all of these are my originals, sometimes I workout with a group, or have a private lesson and I will try my best to give credit where credit is due. I will add a new category to keep it easy to track. I will post my results as well along with the weights used. I will not post a RX/Scaled version, only what I used. I always suggest just using a weight the is challenging if it feels or seems to easy then increase the weight and don’t be afraid if it is too hard to decrease the weight.
